$1.00 breakfast...

- Once again, I woke up this morning at a time which I would normally still be passed out sleeping.... today was at 8, not as bad as my 6am yesterday. Anyways... decided to go to ikea with my parents... to the one in vaughan. it's bigger than the one at leslie and sheppard. Took in the $1 breakfast which included eggs, a croissant, sausages and hashbrown. MMM. Picked up a few things. Went to some china supermarket after, which was also huge. Ate at congee wong, and eventually came home.

- Thought I'd be getting my phone this week, I guess that didn't happen. oh well, I'll wait til next week.

- Everything seems so awkward. I dunno, I guess I expected things to be the same, but it's not. It's weird.

- Still waiting for the season finale of One Tree Hill to finish downloading. Oh man, it's taking so long. I can't wait any longer!

That 15 hour plane ride was intense.... good thing no one sat next to my dad. so we had two extra seats to sleep on. that was nice. but the stupid lady behind me just kept on yapping and yapping and i felt sorry for the girl sitting beside her because she probably just wanted to sleep. The instant noodles tasted like ass, the lights in the plane weren't working... and the congee? eww. EWW. The best part of the plane ride? Lost in Translation (for the second time..)

Meeting up with Jeanette was a blast, whom I haven't seen since reading week! Made sure we wouldnt get lost by remembering the Outback, DKNY, Toys R Us and SOGO. It felt weird to actually communicate in english for more than 10 minutes. It was fun..... from the street shops that wouldnt let jeanette try on her shirts... to the dvd store, where some woman just started waving this dvd in jeanettes face... to the mysterious rack of AE clothes. Nice way to end my HK trip.. Hope you have fun in Taiwan!

Right when we got home, my mom put my vest in the washer, not realizing my cell phone was in my pocket. so now my cell is broken, and i need to get a new one sometime this week. so if u guys have been trying to call me... that's why my phone is not on.

"Be Gentle" invited me to go see shrek 2 today.. that's just TOO weird.

What's happening tommorrow? anyone have plans?

it's almost over...

well, my fun in asia is coming to an end.. 3 more days, and i'll be heading back home on a 15 hour plane ride. i think i'm gonna die on the way back... 13 hours to japan was already deathly enough. anyways, here are some highlights of my trip...

- eating fruits on a stick in the streets of japan.
- going out to the supermarkets at 7 for cheap sushi.
- collecting all the free tissue packets they hand out on the streets.
- getting my ipod! :D
- seeing my mom fall in the airport.. (i know, im mean.. but it was funny!!!!)
- buying shoes... haha, what kinda shoes?!? well... the same pair i have now. lol
- trying to sneak a picture of some boy....
- visiting the apartment i used to live in back in the day.
- eating take out dinners with my grandparents.
- sitting on heated toilet seats.
- riding the ferry boat.
- watching my grandma count her money 1000 times a day... and hearing about her hiding her mangos.
- BONZAI/LEPRACHAUN (haha, that's for you karen...)
- living in this KICK ASS hotel... its HUGE!
- getting cheap 15 dollar hk dvd's... which means.. less than 3 bucks canadian!!!!

anyways, that's it for now!!! but.. FRIDAY!! me and JEANETTERS are gonna hook it up in the H.DOT! that's right! im gonna be her tour guide. we'll, im going to try to at least. hopefully she wont be too jet lagged to move. and you better call me!!!

WHOA. did blogger change?
here i am in JAPAN!!! and im finally blogging. this has probably been the longest time that i've been allowed to use the computer.. 'so HERE U GO! the plane ride here was hell. 13 hours.. i wanted to die. but so far.. this place has been AWESOME.. things are really expensive though. it's quite hard to get around not knowing the language. Some people know how to speak mandarin though.. so that helps... not for me, for my mom. i still dont understand a thing. i feel tall when im here. they have cool ice cream things wrapped in bread. we sleep on the floors. we take off shoes when we go try on clothes. we bow whenever we speak.

ok. my mom is forcing me to eat veggies. next time blogging will be in hong kong. bye kids.
