the cutest little girl came by my work yesterday. she wanted to look at the flavours of ice cream, and each of our signs have words and pictures indicating the flavours. (eg. chocolate/chocolate bar). so the kid starts yelling the flavours.. "chocolate, strawberry, cookies, and FLOWER (meaning vanilla)". haha. flowered flavour ice cream. it was the highlight of my day.

bachelorette was last night. i must say, it was quite an interesting night. from cousin k's hot dance, to the a buck a suck, and then having the bride to be pass out. man, QUITE the night. then today was the bridal lunch @ jakes. Veronica opened her gifts, including the melted chocolate penis. :( it was sad. damn the weather, ruined our gift! the waitress saw the candy g-string and DIED. haha. it was great.

so it's only been 2 days of pre-wedding fun and already i feel pooped. we still have a couple meetings left to figure out some stuff for when the groom picks up the bride. (it's chinese tradition to play games with the groom before he's allowed to pick up the girl.) plus helping ron wrap gifts and taking my cousin katherine around. it's crazy.

i miss friends. too much family. someone please steal me away just for one day/night... preferably wednesday... please.

i've decided that next summer, i might head over to HK for 3 months, instead of 3 weeks. my mom's friend works at the city university.. and maybe she could hook me up with some student job somewhere..
this just leaves me with a place to stay for 3 months..... hrm... REZ? ooh. maybe.

HK was great. ended up going to ocean park with jess, ang, leo and some others... and also went out for ang's birthday at the bar/club area of hk. and who would have thought one bottle of corona would cost 9 CDN! crazy crazy. but eventually we found this japanese place that had 2 for 1 drinks. Coming back to toronto, i once again ran into ang blain at the airport. we ended up taking the same flight back. haha, how weird is that, running into her at the TO airport, as well as HK.

so now im back in lovely toronto, and getting ready to start the summer here. work starts next weekend, assuming that i somehow get my one-on-one orientation sometime between now and next sunday. my cousin's wedding is in less than a month, and we're throwing a bachelorette/bridal shower the weekend before she gets married. gotta go shopping for the bride sometime next week.. oh boy, that should be VERY interesting.
